The Acquisitions Analyst supports the Investment Team with analyzing and underwriting investment opportunities, conducting market analyses, financial modeling, and lease reviews. Responsibilities include preparing deal overviews, organizing diligence materials, and communicating with various stakeholders to aid in acquisition decisions.

The Associate, Valuations (Data Centers) will provide valuation and analytical support for real estate investments, prepare valuation models, review market studies, and deliver portfolio analytics and performance reporting for Blackstone and portfolio companies.
