The Broadband Technician III - Outside Plant repairs and maintains fiber and coaxial services, troubleshoots from the headend to customer devices, and supports maintenance and installation of services. They provide customer education and resolve issues during installation and service calls. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, using testing equipment, and completing documentation.
