The Sr Implementation Consultant at Motive will lead complex onboarding projects, ensuring successful deployment of Motive's hardware and software for clients. Subject Matter Expert responsible for managing, tracking, diagnosing, and troubleshooting technical support cases in Tracking and Telematics. Provides guidance and training to support and company employees, identifies larger issues and trends, works with Technical Lead on problem resolution, and communicates with customers to minimize churn. On-call rotation may be required. Must have minimum 1 year in Technical Support or 2 years in Customer Support, fluent in English, team player, and have a Computer Science/Engineering background. Familiarity with Hardware and Firmware troubleshooting and on-call rotation flexibility is necessary.
