As a Technology Solution Center Specialist, you will provide complex problem resolution for technology products and applications, support end user software and hardware, manage business process analysis projects, engage with vendors for technology implementations, and mentor team members.

Monitor, maintain and support systems and software to ensure stability and compliance to technology standards. Perform maintenance, incident detection and resolution, and system monitoring. Develop in-depth knowledge of supported systems and applications.
