About This Role
We’re looking for a mid-weight writer who understands the power of words in digital channels and can craft compelling content that drives conversions. This role requires someone who can seamlessly switch between long-form (blogs, guides) and short-form (CRM, social, ads) while using copywriting frameworks and AI tools to enhance efficiency and impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop high-performing, conversion-driven content across digital channels, ensuring messaging aligns with brand strategy and business goals.
- Apply proven copywriting formulas such as AIDA, PAS, and the 4Cs to optimize messaging for different touchpoints.
- Write long-form content (blogs, guides) optimized for engagement, SEO, and thought leadership.
- Craft persuasive short-form copy for CRM, social, and marketing campaigns that drive user action.
- Use AI-powered writing and editing tools to enhance efficiency, research, and content optimization.
- Analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on copy to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Conduct research and apply cultural nuance to ensure content resonates with different target audiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in digital copywriting, preferably in performance marketing, CRM, or editorial roles.
- Strong understanding of conversion metrics and the ability to create content that drives action.
- Proficiency in copywriting frameworks such as AIDA, PAS, 4Cs, and storytelling techniques for marketing.
- Experience using AI-powered writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to enhance content quality and efficiency.
- Experience adapting content strategies for different audiences and markets.
- A sharp eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, SEO best practices, and digital content trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
