We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and dynamic Workplace Experience Manager to lead workplace across our London office while overseeing workplace services (WPS) across our EMEA locations (Amsterdam, Paris, and Bristol).

This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive a best-in-class employee experience every day.

Working closely with both the London and Global Workplace Services teams, you will oversee office operations, maintain a highly functional and efficient workspace, and lead a self-directed and motivated WPS team. Additionally, you will proactively partner with internal teams—including Tech Services, Facilities, Travel, Talent Development, Recruiting and HR, to create an office environment that aligns with our culture. 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support the London WPS team while collaborating with global WPS counterparts.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and strong relationships across the organization to ensure office operations align with our best-in-class employee experience goals.
  • Bringing innovation and fresh points of views, to challenge the status quo and weave your experience into the Jump Culture.
  • Oversee office operations to maintain a highly productive and organized work environment.
  • Manage and evaluate third-party service providers, ensuring they meet performance and service level agreements; source alternative providers when necessary.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving efficiency and innovation in office operations.
  • Deliver white-glove service to London leadership and employees, ensuring an exceptional workplace experience.
  • Collaborate with key internal teams (Tech Services, Facilities, Travel, Talent Development, Recruiting and HR) to enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to direct and dotted-line reports, fostering team development and performance.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned or needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • 3+ years of managerial experience leading teams.
  • Proven expertise in Office Management (F&B, Swag, Travel, and Events experience welcomed).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across various departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented with strong critical thinking abilities.
  • A resilient, creative problem-solver who thrives in evolving and fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands without compromising quality.
  • A genuine curiosity, empathetic approach, and continuous learning mindset.
  • A healthy sense of humor and outstanding customer service skills.
  • Reliable availability to be onsite 5 days a week.

Working Conditions

  • Office-based role in London (in-office presence required).
  • Occasional travel to Jump offices within EMEA (Amsterdam, Paris and Bristol) may be required. Initial training  and travel will take place in Chicago.
