Team mission

Our mission is to provide best-in-class spaces and services to all of our employees, no matter where they are. Our offices are spread all around the world: we have our headquarter in Berlin, a tech hub in Zurich and 15 other offices spread around the globe. Your role will include overseeing daily operations of these locations, ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standards and health and safety compliance is upheld.

You’ll play a key role in bringing our culture to life, enhancing the employee experience and cultivating a workplace that encourages innovation.

You will:

• Own the strategy that supports our in-person first culture. 
• Partner with cross functional teams to enhance our workplace experience and space utilization. 
• Ensure our offices comply with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
• Create and implement change management strategies, project documentation, communications, and plans.
• Oversee the annual budget, optimizing resources and aligning financial planning with strategic objectives.
• Act as a role model, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging collaboration across functions and teams.

Who you are

• You have experience in building and leading high performing teams
• You have deep knowledge of facilities management, health and safety regulations and workplace obligations in Germany. Experience in those areas in other countries is a plus. 
• You make decisions based on rational reasoning and data. You are able to build and present business cases confidently to senior management.
• You have a “can-do“ attitude and a strong bias for action, even in ambiguous situations.
• You have previously led the implementation of new initiatives involving a wide variety of stakeholders.
• You have strong communication & negotiation skills.
• You are organized and demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities.
• You are fluent in English and German and comfortable in reading German contracts and official documents.
