What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Workplace Services Manager to ensure our office operations run seamlessly. This role is crucial in maintaining a productive and comfortable work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office activities, including facility upkeep, vendor coordination, and overall office maintenance.
  2. Office & Pantry Supplies: Ensure availability of office supplies, equipment, snacks, and beverages, handling restocking as needed.
  3. IT Asset Management: Oversee the allocation, tracking, and maintenance of laptops and other IT equipment for employees.
  4. Building Management Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the office and building management for seamless operations.
  5. Employee Onboarding Support: Set up workstations, provide access credentials, and assist new employees with office essentials.
  6. Workplace Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to office safety, security, and operational policies.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Experience managing IT assets and office supplies.
  4. Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
