We are looking for a Workplace Experience Specialist to provide in-office support for our San Francisco Office. This role sits on the Employee Experience team acting as a critical resource to our employees throughout their life cycle at Collective Health. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is excited to assist with our day-to-day operations while helping to improve our processes as we scale.

Our People Team is small but mighty, and we work in close collaboration with one another on all our projects and programs. As our fully onsite team member in the Plano office, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow in a high-trust environment where you’ll be encouraged to exercise creativity and suggest improvements in your focus areas. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Managing the employee and guest experience through physical workplace operations.
  • Serving as point person for all facilities operations, including but not limited to, building maintenance, mail and package management, office supply and equipment management, and food and beverage coordination.
  • Serving as the first point of contact at the front office/reception desk 
  • Liaising with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Partnering with People Operations and Compliance to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Coordinating with the IT department to ensure smooth daily office operations.
  • Documenting office operations and procedures.
  • Developing and overseeing workplace emergency preparedness plans, inclusive of local health and safety programs. 
  • Executing onsite EX events and special projects as needed 

Specific Task Requirements

  • 70% facilities and vendor management (general guest and employee experience onsite, mail and package management, food and beverage coordination, office supply management, janitorial coordination, health and safety supply management, etc.)  
  • 30% documentation and reporting

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in facilities operations
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

Pay Transparency Statement

You will be onsite 5 days per week at our San Francisco office. #LI-onsite

The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the hourly rate, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off. $38.75$48.50 USD
