Your role:

  • Handling incoming emails and other communications.
  • Performing clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, placing orders, photocopying, scanning etc.
  • Maintaining stock of supplies (inventory, office equipment) by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies.
  • Interacting with visitors and vendors, signing delivered packages and distributing them to appropriate recipients.
  • Scheduling meetings, reserving rooms, greeting guests and managing refreshments.
  • Maintaining accurate records, compiling data and financial database records.
  • Оrganizing corporate events, team buildings etc.
  • Assisting in setting up a new employee accounts.
  • Be a point of contact for employee enquiries and confirms employee’s orders.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, identifying trends and particular team needs.
  • Contributes to a Team OKRs and put effort to a successful accomplishments.

  • Experience in supply management, tracking budget expenses, delegation, staffing, promoting process improvement, inventory control.
  • Experience as an Office Assistant, Office Coordinator etc. or in a related role/industry.
  • Ability to write clear messages and communicate in a professional manner.
  • Warm and people-oriented personality.
  • Ability to effectively work under limited supervision.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Reporting Skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
