About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Workplace Experience & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This person will be instrumental in managing our spaces, supporting workplace experience logistics, and coordinating swag, registration, and storage operations across multiple locations.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy wearing many hats, solving logistical puzzles, and building operational systems that scale. You’ll collaborate across Workplace, Facilities, Security, Design, and Events teams to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences for both employees and guests.

In this role you will:

  • Manage and maintain multiple spaces including scheduling vendor services, HVAC and elevator inspections, kitchen restocks, and space reconfigurations.

  • Coordinate logistics for business requests (e.g., media interviews, meetings) and serve as the liaison for stakeholders.

  • Lead event guest registration, including data entry, badge printing, signage, and event escort coordination.

  • Maintain and analyze event attendance and feedback data to inform future planning.

  • Support workplace swag operations: coordinate design and budgeting, maintain inventory, fulfill swag tickets, and track storage across multiple sites.

  • Evaluate and optimize storage areas in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., kitchen, IT, events).

  • Oversee mailroom operations, ensuring organization, clear communication, and coordination with Security and IT for shared space usage.

  • Track and manage data related to budgets, expenses and experience programs.

  • Provide backup support for workplace operations needs and take ownership of miscellaneous special projects as they arise.

  • 2–4 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, or experience-focused roles

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of follow-through

  • Comfortable managing physical spaces and collaborating across teams to ensure functionality

  • Proficient in tools like Google Sheets/Docs, Airtable, Envoy, and Jira

  • Proactive and dependable; someone who can anticipate needs and take initiative

  • Passionate about employee experience and creating welcoming, efficient environments

Bonus Experience

  • Familiarity with vendor and contractor coordination

  • Experience with budgeting, inventory tracking, or data management tools

  • Exposure to hospitality or event planning environments
