Your job

We’re looking for a dedicated and ambitious Office Manager to support our day-to-day operations and executive team in a supportive and dynamic environment. You’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and ready to step into a role where your contributions truly matter.

Workplace Management:

  • Promote a positive office environment encouraging engagement and collaboration.
  • Handle facility management: coordinating office maintenance, office supplies, and liaising with service providers to ensure a smooth, efficient workspace.
  • Coordinate a small team of office assistants.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars.
  • Organize company-wide communications and initiatives such as events, training, and other special initiatives.
  • Support HR with tasks, such as welcoming candidates and assisting with administrative paperwork


About you

Required Skills:

  • Native in Dutch, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working in a startup, scale-up or a fast paced environment.
  • Proactive and efficient attitude.
  • Resilience and flexibility- everyday will look different.
  • Experience organizing meetings and travel itineraries/ arrangements 
  • Skilled in effective communication across all levels of the organization, including employees, C-level executives, and external partners.

You are working in a diverse and international environment from our offices in the heart of Amsterdam.   • 28-32 hours contract
  • Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
