Summary of Responsibilities:
Do you have a passion for customer service? We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to provide a welcoming and professional environment for ATC employees, visitors, guests and service providers.
Essential Responsibilities:
You’ll use your exceptional customer service skills to greet all visitors entering an ATC facility, including registering and badging visitors in accordance with established building access and security procedures. You’ll also handle and route incoming phone calls, coordinate mail services, and support office events. This is a role where every day is different and you will be an important part of demonstrating ATC’s award-winning culture to those who visit our offices.
This role will work out of our Cottage Grove office, but may be asked to provide coverage at one of our other offices.
If you have experience in a professional office environment with the ability to apply sound judgement, tact and diplomacy and have strong communications skills, bring your positive energy to ATC!
