Summary of Position

The Workplace Experience Manager will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the employee experience at Teladoc Health. You will be responsible for managing workplace services and fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment where employees feel supported, connected, and inspired. This role requires a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for event planning and cultural advocacy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Workplace Services Management:

    · Oversee the daily operations of workplace services to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment for employees.

    ·   Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies, including ordering and maintaining office stock (e.g., kitchen supplies, office equipment).

    ·   Act as the main point of contact for workplace-related requests and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.

    ·   Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure services meet company standards.

  • Employee Activation & Event Planning:

    · Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events (in-person and virtual) to foster employee engagement and build a positive workplace culture.

    · Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, team building, and employee wellness.

    · Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to promote company values and maintain a culture of inclusivity.

    · Create and manage internal communications regarding upcoming events, activities, and workplace updates.

  • Cultural Advocacy & Employee Support:

    · Be an advocate for company culture by ensuring that Teladoc Health’s values and mission are reflected in workplace experiences.

    · Act as a resource for employees, offering guidance on workplace programs, policies, and resources.

    · Identify opportunities to improve the overall employee experience, including engagement, collaboration, and well-being

  • Workplace Environment & Feedback:

    · Gather feedback from employees to assess the effectiveness of workplace services and engagement activities.

    · Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and employee needs.

    · Contribute to the development and evolution of Teladoc Health’s workplace culture and employee experience strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field.

  • Proven experience in workplace services, employee engagement, event planning, or a related role.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box when planning events and activities.

  • A passion for creating positive work environments and supporting employee well-being.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Polish is a plus.
