Responsibilities:

• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility, removing waste, and sweeping the walkways
• Power wash outdoor furniture, and arranging furniture as needed
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture
• Micro kitchen maintenance including loading and unloading the dishwashers, restocking, monthly refrigerator cleaning and maintaining break room supplies
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed such as break room paper products, janitorial supplies, and hospitality supplies
• Provide cleaning as it related to the product line areas to include vacuuming and glass cleaning 
• Assist with meeting room set-up and break down and hospitality service
• Maintain all meeting conference rooms, meeting areas, and zen booths. Ensure they are clean, replenish white board supplies, and all desk caddies has essential supplies
• Assist in maintaining the Swag Station 
• Assist with onsite events; hospitality set-up and breakdown, trash removal, and other related duties as assigned
• Performs general janitorial duties
• Trash collection and disposal cans and ashtrays throughout all spaces
• Additional duties as needed

Competencies:

• Candidate must demonstrate the ability to exert up to 40 lbs occasionally, and/or up to 25 lbs frequently, and/or up to 25 lbs of force constantly to lift carry, push, pull or move objects
• Must possess a valid drivers license
• Must be comfortable driving a golf cartAble to follow directions and handle tasks and projects 
• Demonstrates the ability to complete tasks on time
• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job
• Able to follow all Dexterity safety policies and procedures
• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment used to perform job duties
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Working Condition Requirements:

• Frequently stands, walks and sits
• Regularly uses hands, pushes, pulls, reaches with arms and hands, talks and listens
• Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, and crouches
• Regularly lifts up to 25 lbs and occasionally lifts up to 40 lbs
• Noise level is moderate
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to travel from floor to floor, climb stairs, and May be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. 
• The employee may regularly be required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for a period of time; regularly use hands to operate office machinery and regularly required to walk, talk, and hear

Experience:

• 2 years related experience
• Some high school or high school diploma, GED, Trade, Technical or Vocational School
