Job Description

Main objective of the job:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Working Student to support the SAP S/4HANA implementation team, focusing on the FI module. The role will involve working closely with the Project Manager, SAP deployment experts, and various process specialists to assist in project coordination, follow-ups, and general support. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams on a global scale.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination Support: Assist the Project Manager in coordinating FI/CO/SD module-related implementation activities, including meeting scheduling, progress tracking, and follow-ups with key stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Follow-ups: Maintain and organize project documentation, including fit-gap analysis, discovery workshop materials, and requirements definitions. Ensure that project materials are kept up to date and are accessible to relevant team members.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for team members, organizing regular check-ins with the FI/CO deployment experts and process specialists, and following up on assigned tasks and action items.
  • Testing and Training Preparation: Support the planning and coordination of testing and training sessions for the FI module. Assist in gathering training materials, scheduling sessions, and preparing participants for a smooth learning experience.
  • Data Migration and Go-Live Support: Collaborate with the deployment team to support data migration and go-live preparations, including creating checklists, monitoring timelines, and assisting with last-minute adjustments.
  • Post Go-Live and Stabilization Support: Provide assistance during the post go-live phase, helping with user inquiries, tracking issues, and following up on defect resolution with the relevant experts.
  • Process Alignment and Standardization: Help ensure that S4 FI project and process standards are maintained and that local legal requirements are considered. Document any process deviations and work closely with the team to find solutions that align with the S/4HANA template.

Qualifications

Studies:

  • University Diploma 
  • High school Diploma


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field with an interest in SAP, ERP systems, or project management.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP or ERP systems (experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to follow-ups and task management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Azure Boards is advantageous.
  • Interest in learning about project management methodologies and digital finance transformation.
