As a working student in the Customer Experience (CX), you will play an important role, supporting us to collect the insights of our customers' experiences and ensuring that targeted improvement measures are derived and implemented at Covestro; this as part of a team and together with us after receiving detailed instructions.
In addition to our many benefits, you can expect an hourly wage of around 20 euros plus Christmas and holiday bonuses.
Your tasks in detail:

You will support our team in conducting various customer satisfaction surveys (online).

You will be involved in the entire process, from questionnaire design to survey execution and communication of results.

You will assist in managing and communicating with various stakeholder groups within the company as well as external service providers.

Using the experience gained from your studies or internships, you will help analyze survey results and create reports based on them, including report volumes and dashboards.
Your profile:

You are currently pursuing a university degree in business, social sciences, psychology, or a comparable field

Preferably, you have already completed relevant internships in market research/marketing (company or agency) or consulting.

You possess excellent analytical skills and are able to derive relevant action recommendations and follow-up measures from customer feedback. You consistently take the customer's perspective.

You have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel & PowerPoint).

You are capable of independently understanding and structuring new content and topics and quickly grasp essential connections.

An open and committed personality, completes your profile.
We offer our working students different working time models: You have the opportunity to work either 10, 15 or 18 hours a week during the lecture period. Please let us know your preferred weekly working hours.
Please also note: You must be enrolled as a full-time student for the entire period of employment and have a valid enrolment at a college or university.
