Join the Global HR Support team within GEA HR Operations. From our hubs in Berlin, Bogota and Kuala Lumpur, we provide HR support, consulting, training and resolve queries on a wide range of HR topics raised by employees and managers in over 50 countries worldwide. Our colleagues offer support in the areas of on- and off-boarding, learning, talent and performance management, employee relations, employee experience, total rewards, employee & manager services, HR systems and processes.

Your tasks include:

-Optimizing the global HR communication

- Supporting us with the communication stream within global HR projects

- Acting as the process owner for the Global HR Onboarding (i.e., point of contact for global HR onboarding processes, reviewing and analyzing feedback received)

-Taking ownership of scheduling and moderating monthly local & quarterly global HR onboarding events

- Taking over responsibility for internal Intranet pages and performing regular maintenance

 - Creating monthly content for internal channels

Your Profile / Qualifications

- You are studying (Human Resources Management, Communications, Marketing or any related topic) and would like to actively take part in shaping and optimizing communication projects

- You are able to work individually as well as in a team

- You are structured, eager to learn new things and take over projects and responsibilities

- You have good communication skills

- You are proactive, organized and detail-oriented

- You are able to work in an international team with a variety of stakeholders and communicate both in English and German fluently

- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
