Job Description
Your team:
With a focus on compliance with applicable regulatory requirements in the financial industry and investor protection, our regional Compliance team is the local business units’ partner. They advise, provide training and monitor adherence to regulatory duties with the aim of creating trust through high ethical standards and diligence and the avoidance of reputational, financial and other damage. This includes monitoring of employee transactions. Where deficiencies are identified, the team reports these and work with the business to resolve them.

We are seeking an ambitious Working Student to join our Compliance team in Frankfurt am Main! This outstanding opportunity allows you to work with an extraordinary team and gain proven experience in a leading global finance firm.
Your responsibilities will include support activities in these areas:

Handling of New Joiner Process
-
Organisation of compliance trainings, including coordinate the review and update of the IAMD Compliance training slide deck

Compliance monitoring exercises, as and when required
-
Invesco Asset Management Deutschland (IAMD) Compliance with the oversight of maintenance of inducements register by business functions

Handling of duplicate contract notes for personal share dealing
-
Regulatory change process
-
Preparation of quarterly Compliance Report

Coordination and data delivery for audits, especially annual audits

IAMD Compliance function in any administrative work, including the preparation for the planned office move in 2025
You'll need to have:

Enrollment in an economic, law, or comparable study program
-
Initial working experience in the Compliance department of a BaFin regulated investment firm is an advantage

Proficiency in spoken and written German and English

Good interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft 365

Ability to quickly understand and flawlessly complete assigned tasks
