Working Capital Analyst – Procure to Pay ( P2P)
Role Description: The Working Capital Analyst in the Procure to Pay (P2P)
process plays a key role in optimizing cash flow management for short, medium, and long-term planning. This position involves continuous assessment of actual financial outcomes versus forecasts, closing any gaps, and ensuring accuracy in cash flow reporting. The analyst will collaborate closely with procurement and accounts payable teams to ensure financial figures are aligned and accurately reflected in cash flow statements. Experience in P2P is required.
Responsibilities:

Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and manage cash flow forecasts aligned with the company’s financial goals for both short and long-term perspectives.

Reviewing Actuals: Analyze current financial results, compare them with forecasts, identify variances, and develop strategies to close the gaps.

Monitoring DPO (Days Payable Outstanding): Track and analyze DPO, identify trends, and propose strategies to optimize payment terms and improve cash flow management.

Collaboration with Source to Settle: Work closely with procurement and accounts payable teams to ensure financial figures are accurate and aligned with cash flow projections.

Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of data related to outgoing cash and payables, providing insights for improving working capital efficiency.

Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation on forecasts, variance analysis, and overall cash flow status.

Continuous Improvement: Support the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing working capital management processes.
