About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Transformation Specialist to support the implementation of workforce planning strategy and process that will transform how we manage talent across Haleon. In this pivotal role, you be responsible for delivering the workforce planning transformation program, establishing effective processes, and deploying necessary tools and systems to ensure alignment between business objectives and workforce needs. An ideal candidate will have experience in process design, HR transformation, workforce planning and change management.
Key responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of Workforce Planning Process – Implement a scalable and effective WFP process that aligns with the requirements of the business.
- Deliver the Workforce Planning Transformation Project – Drive the WFP transformation project by gathering requirements, defining the project scope, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
- Implement Workforce Planning tools – Identify and evaluate the best-in-class market solutions for WFP to ensure the right fit for the organisations’ needs and work on the global implementation.
- Deliver Change management initiatives - Drive the adoption of new workforce planning process and tools across the organisation. Design and deliver trainings for smooth transition and building capability on Workforce Planning
- Monitor and Optimize Workforce Planning effectiveness – Continuously assess the effectiveness of the process and workforce planning strategies. Identify opportunities for improvements and ensure the process evolves with the strategy requirements.
Qualifications and skills
Essential
- Proven experience (3+ years) in workforce planning, organizational development, or similar roles with strong track record of driving transformation projects.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing workforce planning process within a large organization.
- Ability to manage change and direct cross-functional teams through the transformation.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- OrgVue system experience supporting analysis and visualization for Org Design and Workforce Planning.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in project management.
- Familiarity with workforce planning tools and systems and experience in evaluating and implementing market solutions.
