Job Description
As a Vice President Workforce Planning on the Hire Enablement team, you will be responsible for producing and managing data that supports the Hire Product Organization. You will own the generation of data, dashboards, and reports for one of our Hire Area Product Teams, support them by creating business analyses and tools to show the impact of initiatives on the recruiting process, and serve as the data quad member of their team with expertise in talent data and their processes. Last but not least, you embrace a mentoring mentality in developing junior team members through collaboration in analysis work.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and design reports, analysis, and dashboards using Alteryx and Tableau to meet the requirements outlined for different initiatives by the Product team.
  • Create prioritized project plans for developing and implementing new data solutions to meet the needs of stakeholders while managing capacity.
  • Create and document institutional knowledge about Area Product processes, and share such knowledge with relevant team members and stakeholders.
  • Act as Hire Product's expert in recruitment data and analytics, answering ad hoc queries from Hire partners.
  • Present data outputs to business executives while being able to articulate how the data relates to their business needs.
  • Develop new analysis ideas based on observations in existing book of work and data asset.
  • Identify risks and control through our internal audit of records management and ensure that data privacy and protections are upheld. Perform quality audits of reports, dashboards, and SOPs for Hire Enablement team members before publication.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 7+ years' experience in a related social science, business, or quantitative analysis discipline (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Business, IO Psychology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or relevant fields),
  • Relevant experience in client engagement, consulting, or project execution with demonstrated experience in data & analytics topics
  • Domain knowledge in Human Resources analytics, recruitment, finance, or in the financial services industry
  • Hands-on experience in the following:
    • Advanced excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, advanced conditional formatting, Analysis ToolPak, macros/VBA)Statistical software.
    • Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) as a means for data exploration and analysis
    • Use data wrangling tools (e.g. Alteryx) to prepare data for exploration and analysis


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Knowledge of programming, SQL, and Python is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR, Onboarding, and/or Talent Acquisition functions is preferred.
