Our Impact:
The Workforce Optimization and Strategy team within the Enterprise Operations and Technology Division is seeking a Workforce Optimization and Strategy Associate II. The candidate will play a key support role to the team and the division by providing a consultative approach as we execute our workforce and human capital strategy by driving efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience programs to support our divisional objectives.
Your Impact:

Utilize large data sets to forecast staffing needs, identify trends, and optimize divisional workforce performance

Create and maintain divisional reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategically aligned metrics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity
-
Support data-driven initiatives and risk remediation opportunities to assess operational effectiveness

Support the programming and execution of Inclusion and Diversity initiatives

Support location and workspace logistical planning
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience
-
Minimum 3 years of Workforce Optimization, Programming, and / or Strategy experience

Strong skills in MS Office Suite- specifically PowerPoint and Excel
-
Demonstrated ability to utilize analytical tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Ability to manage project plans and action plans on time

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $62,000 - $94,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
