The Role

Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we’re looking for a Workday Financials & Adaptive Manager to join our Enterprise Systems team. If you are excited by technology that has the power to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per second; collect tens of billions of events each day; and evaluate thousands of data-points in real-time all while responding in just a few milliseconds, then IAS is the place for you!

As the Workday Financials & Adaptive Manager you will support the Finance teams across Accounting and FP&A. You will have the ability to enhance and evaluate the team’s experience by providing real time data for leaders to make decisions.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Responsible for the successful maintenance of all aspects of Financial modules within Workday and Adaptive Planning
  • Configures the system to meet ongoing business needs and generates reports to support  functions, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounting, FP&A, and T&E
  • Partner with stakeholders in Finance, Human Resources and IT to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain System interfaces and Integrations with downstream systems
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders across teams and levels
  • Diagnose and resolve related inquiries and elevate issues for resolution as appropriate
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute recurring Finance metrics and ad-hoc reports
  • Collaborate with users to provide excellent support and expertise related to system options, limitations, and dependencies
  • Provide recommendations for related enhancements and upgrades

You should apply if you have most of this experience:

  • 5+ years hands-on Workday FDM experience
  • 5+ years hands-on Adaptive experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven track record of execution-driven results and meeting commitments
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organized and able to work in a complex and multifaceted environment

What puts you over the top:

  • Workday Certification highly preferred
  • Prior use of Adaptive Planning
  • Knowledge of utilizing Business Intelligence tools to analyze and produce reports
  • Experience with other Workday modules (Security, HCM)

New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $100,800 - $172,800. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
