About This Position:

Our HR Technology organization is looking for a Workday Integrations Lead for our Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico location. Workday Integration lead role will provide design, execution guidance and knowledge to simplify and support Integrations of Raytheon BU’s and Functions. The candidate will be a successful and proactive Workday Integrations subject matter expert, with experience performing integration development and maintenance.

Key responsibilities:

•            Partners with functional Human Resources leaders and drives business process improvements by leveraging technology and liaising across other digital technology teams and vendor partners.

•            Have strong technical knowledge in Workday integrations. Studio, Core connectors, XSLT transformation, XML, BIRT, WD Web Services. XPATH, MVEL.

•            Leads technology implementations and upgrades for the Workday project from an IT perspective, partnering with HR functional leaders, digital technology and technology implementation partners.

•            Partners with functional HR leaders to prioritize business needs and implements a strong project management cadence in delivering solutions, including leading weekly prioritization meetings, measuring the effectiveness of solutions and managing customer expectations

•            Coordinates with other systems owners who have HR-linked business or system integrations

•            Builds and deploys technical integrations across multiple 3rd party applications, utilizing APIs, web services and other integration methodologies

•            Manages complex, system integration and technical profiles for all Workday integrations

•            Analyze and resolve integration defects that emerge in Workday

•            Oversee and analyze integration error reports

•            Identify areas to optimize and improve Integration Configuration in Workday

•            Provide solutions to integration challenges to ensure efficient integrations from Workday to downstream systems

•            Work closely with regional Production Support Leads and Functional Leads to understand and analyze integration requirements

•            Work in an agile environment with global implementation and operations teams

Education / Certifications

•            Bachelor's Degree required

•            Advanced degree preferred

Work Experience

•            Five plus years of relevant work experience

•            A demonstrated history of building Workday integrations

•            Experience developing Integrations Life-Cycle Deployment technical specifications, process flows, test cases/test file delivery, and deployment and documentation

•            Ability to trouble-shoot, update and test existing integrations of Workday Studio, XSLT, and Workday advanced report writing/calculated fields

•            Ability to articulate in a clear, concise manner and effectively communicate complex technical information to deliver briefings to senior staff, as well as communicate effectively to functional COE teams and Workday Production Support Regional Leads

•            Ability to think analytically and can effectively apply logic to solve problems

•            You're a dynamic problem solver with the ability to craft solutions to everyday challenges with creative new ideas

•            Strong communication and presentation skills
