Job Summary
Workday Financial Analyst will play a key role in the strategic enhancement and expansion of Caliber’s Workday Finance and Procurement platform. This role will provide both development and operational support for Workday-related initiatives, help drive business process improvement efforts and support the creation and implementation of technical standards.
Essential Job Duties
- Configure, manage, and maintain Caliber’s Workday systems, including Finance, Procurement, Banking & Treasury, and Planning modules.
- Manage security configurations including user-based, constrained, and unconstrained security roles.
- Develop advanced Workday reports and analytics.
- Build and manage Workday dashboards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance automation and integration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define project scope, objectives, metrics, and deliverables for business process improvements and other initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and ensure alignment with defined scope.
- Effectively communicate project updates to stakeholders and promptly resolve issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong skills in interviewing, listening, analysis, facilitation, and written communication.
- Experience supporting or implementing ERP systems as a junior team member.
- Proficiency in ERP report writing and building analytical dashboards.
- Understanding of role-based security within ERP systems.
- Knowledge of core financial business processes.
- Experience integrating with enterprise application systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ERP technologies such as:
- Reports-as-a-Service (RaaS)
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Document Transformation
- Connectors
- Workday Studio
- Workday Web Services API
- Workday REST API
