Sanofi is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst specializing in Workday Core Human Capital Management (HCM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysis, optimization, and supporting enhancements of Workday Core HCM solutions. You will work closely with P&C and Business Operations People Services teams to ensure Workday effectively supports organizational goals and enhances the employee experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Workday Expertise: Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM modules, including the configuration, business processes, data integrity, and security roles.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and translate them into Workday Core HCM solutions.

Process Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, and system configurations.

System Configuration Support: Collaborate with technical teams to support the configuration of Workday Core HCM, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Testing and Validation: Develop test plans, execute test cases, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system changes meet business needs.

Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday to support data-driven decision-making.

Data Analysis and Integrity: Analyze HR data to identify trends and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within Workday.
About You
Qualifications:

Degree: Bachelors in technology or business related field

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital product management, HRIS technology, or related fields.

Technical Expertise: Strong functional background with extensive experience in Workday Core HCM management. WD HCM Pro certification preferred, but not required. Familiarity with local HRIS systems and their integration with global platforms is highly desirable.

Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of core HRIS data elements, core model maintenance and localization needs developed through experience in complex matrixed global organizations.

Business Process Knowledge: Knowledge of HR processes and policies in a global organization, and a strong ability to collect, analyze, and clarify business requirements from diverse global and local stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate effectively with Digital P&C, Technology Strategy Team, People Services, and P&C CoE stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience in leading change management initiatives is a plus.

Sanofi's Bridgewater, NJ office is scheduled to relocate to Morristown, NJ on or around March 24, 2025 and this role will then be based in Morristown, NJ.

The salary range for this position is:
$84,750.00 - $122,416.66
