WHAT YOU’LL DO
The WorkDay Developer/Administrator at Duck Creek Technologies is a developer role responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of WorkDay applications. This dynamic role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance the company's digital presence and improve operational efficiency.

Develop and maintain WorkDay integrations, reports, and dashboards.

Configure and manage WorkDay modules including HCM, Payroll, and Financials.

Perform system administration tasks such as user access management, security configuration, and system monitoring.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design and implement custom solutions to meet business needs.
-
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and functionality.
-
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for WorkDay-related issues.
-
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
-
Stay updated with WorkDay releases and enhancements, and implement new features as needed.

Ensure data integrity and security within the WorkDay system.
-
Train and support end-users on WorkDay functionalities and best practices.

Participate in project planning and execution for WorkDay-related initiatives.

Perform all other duties and activities as required.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education and Work Experience:

REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in WorkDay development and administration.

Strong knowledge of WorkDay HCM, Payroll, and Financials modules.

PREFERRED:

WorkDay certification in one or more modules.

Experience in a global software company or similar industry.

Proficiency in WorkDay Studio, EIB, and WorkDay Report Writer. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors:

Proficiency in WorkDay integration tools and technologies.
