The Position
We are People Insights & Technology (PI&T), part of the People & Culture (P&C) organization. Our vision is to unleash exponential people & business impact through data-driven decisions, surfacing actionable insights, and embracing people-centric technology. As part of the People Insights Area of Practice (AoP), we work as one team to unlock the full potential of our people data and technology, informing Roche decisions through research-based insights.
The Work Stream Lead translates customer and business needs into sustainable, scalable solutions for his or her specific body of work (Partner Engagement, Strategic Experimentation, Scalable Platforms). They create the vision and align stakeholders around this vision, and evangelize the shared vision across larger teams to empower independent decision-making for specific work teams. The Strategic Experimentation work stream aims to anticipate future insights that address business challenges through co-creation, scientific methods, and data science initiatives, such as causal models & analysis, predictive models, and controlled experiments.
Your Opportunity
As a Work Stream Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead decision processes, ensuring that the work stream operates efficiently and effectively. You will provide guidance and support to work stream members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. This role will also require you to prioritize and drive initiatives that align with the vision and goals of the work stream and People Insights AoP.

Lead Decision Processes: Own and improve the decision-making processes within the work stream, enhancing the experience for members, P&C partners, and customers.

Provide Leadership: Guide and support work stream members by setting a clear vision and strategy, clarifying roles, fostering collaboration, encouraging communication, and promoting knowledge sharing.

Drive Initiatives: Prioritize and drive initiatives aligned with the work stream's vision and goals, proactively removing barriers to progress and building consensus.
You will leverage your industry knowledge to stay informed about market trends and technological advancements, benefiting the People Insights AoP. Additionally, you will benchmark industry best practices to identify areas for improvement.
Who You Are
You are an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in the People Analytics area. You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s preferred.

Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Additional languages are a plus based on regional or customer requirements.

Leadership and Decision-Making: Demonstrated ability to inspire and guide team members, make informed prioritization decisions, and set clear strategies and success criteria.
Your foundational skills and capabilities include business acumen, agile management, stakeholder partnership, resource allocation, risk management, and communication and presentation.
