Wisor- Financial Controller

Wisor.ai is a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionizing the freight forwarding industry through AI-powered automation. We’re looking for a self-managed and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our team. As the sole in-house financial professional, this role offers broad responsibilities and ownership over Wisor’s financial operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly closing processes, working closely with an external Finance vendor. 
• Build and implement financial processes to streamline operations, such as automated invoicing, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
• Track and analyze ARR and other SaaS-specific metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and handle all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with external resources for tax, audit, and financial tasks.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to the automation of financial operations.
• Act as a key financial advisor, providing broad support across various financial areas due to the in-house nature of the role.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support as required.

Requirements

• CPA with Big 4 accounting firm experience in the high-tech/SaaS sector.
• 2+ years of post-internship experience in a SaaS company.
• Proven knowledge of US GAAP and SaaS metrics.
• Proficiency with Priority ERP is a must; Hubspot experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive and independent work style.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
