Job Summary:
As a Business Strategy Vice President in Risk Operations, you will shape strategic direction and drive transformative initiatives. Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize efficiency and align strategic objectives with business goals across functions like Product, Technology, and Risk.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives to transform and innovate processes.
- Develop strategies aligned with Risk Operations' long-term vision.
- Champion process efficiency and operational improvements.
- Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders in Risk, Product, and Technology.
- Spearhead ROI forecasting to support strategic objectives.
- Coordinate impactful organizational messaging and updates.
- Provide strategic leadership to a team executing transformative initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5 years of experience in business strategy with a track record of innovation.
- Understanding of the credit lifecycle and familiarity with applications like iCRD and CLASS/CAMP.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills to manage priorities.
- Leadership skills to build client relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in operations and risk concepts to interpret decisions.
- Experience in documentation review and executive summaries.
- Expertise in preparing KPI/metric reports and standardizing processes.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience in a leadership role within a financial institution.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in risk operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in change management and process improvement.
