Your role as the Web Program Manager

The Web Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution management across all cross-functional agency partners who are responsible for web development/production, SEO, Design, Analytics & Tagging, Experimentation, and Localization.

 

This role is remote and can be located in any US state, except for Hawaii. 

How you'll contribute

  • End-to-End Execution Management: Oversee and coordinate with cross-functional agency partners responsible for web development/production, SEO, design, analytics, experimentation, and localization. Develop and maintain workback schedules and Tic Tocs (condensed workback schedules). Organize and lead scrum meetings, ensuring agendas are set and followed.
  • Program Management: Manage project status and schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Engage with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, providing regular updates on deliverables, impact, and efficiencies.
  • Process Improvement: Document processes and continually seek improvements to drive efficiency. Implement and innovate with platforms and tools, including AI/Copilot, 3P retail aggregators, and more.
  • Task & User Management: Manage tasks and users using tools such as ClickUp, Teams, ADO, and SharePoint. Maintain confidentiality in all management tasks.

Your skills and approach

  • 5-10 years of program management experience
  • Proven experience with web development/production, SEO, design, managing web analytics & tagging, web experimentation and A/B testing, and localization in web projects
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., web development, SEO, design, analytics) to deliver web projects

The salary range for this role is $95,000-$130,000/year. Actual salary will be determined based on relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate. The salary listed here is specific to this opening only.
