This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.
The Investor Onboarding Manager will have accountability for the oversight of subscriptions and repurchases for high net worth and institutional investors. This person will also work closely with the funds’ third-party administrators.
The ideal candidate is someone who is/has:
- A strong understanding of the mechanics and inter-dependencies of SEC-registered Funds, outsourcing of service providers, and distributors within the US private wealth channel
- Experience working with funds subject to the Investment Company Act, the Investment Advisers Act, Securities Act, and Securities Exchange Act and with corresponding compliance requirements
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
What you will do:
Transaction Oversight: Serve as a key member of the Private Wealth team reporting to the Head of Client Onboarding and the Head of Private Wealth and be accountable and responsible for driving and ensuring the operational excellence of the wealth focused investment vehicles.
- Contribute to Wealth product development to achieve strategic objectives
- Plan and manage the new account onboarding process
- Serve as primary contact to clients for onboarding accounts and trade servicing
- Process and reconcile monthly trading activity
- Manage the ongoing processing of all transactions and ad hoc requests
- Serve as key liaison to other areas supporting Wealth clients including operations, performance and compliance, including cross divisional operational groups
- Participate in group projects to improve quality and efficiency within the client services
Education Preferred:
- Strong academic and professional credentials
Experience:
- 10+ years of investment, client service and/or experience with the operations of SEC-registered investment companies
