Warehousing & Logistics Coordinator
This role is responsible for Clear planning and timely execution of dispatches of outbound orders and Inward of material/machines from various Workshops/ factories & vendors. organizing timely placement of transportation, Packaging and timely Shipping to secure right prioritization, timely execution and costumer focus. The role is also responsible for exercising on ground controls like total quality control and compliance to all Alfa Laval policies and processes with special focus to HSE norms. On day-to-day basis ensure effective functioning of the warehouse utilities and activities to conform to government norms.

Base Location - Talegaon (Pune)
Roles and Responsibility
- Ensure effective space optimization.
- Ensure Receipt of material - Vehicle unloading to GRIR, inspection to locating/Binning. Binning/locating/Inventory management Monitoring MTN, Service GRIR, NBR, MSR. Picking- Internal Customer/customer/ Vendor
- Arranging material picking from our vendor/ customer/internal customer.
- Ensuring Total Quality Control to the standard of ISO 9001, by timely and proper Quality checks for the material shipped with inspection clearance. Arranging, co-ordination for removal of Quality check remark made on shipping inspection. Inventory cycle count- checking, review, reporting by 3PL
- Ensure deviations in goods receiving are registered and informed to claim coordinator.
- Support QC team with claim investigation.
Execute and coordinate shipment with such activities as mentioned below:
Picking/Issue/shipping inspection/dispatch. Monitoring packing material flow, making consumable material PR and coordinating for sufficient supply Arranging Transportation- Preparation and sending freight estimate to all E&S sourcing manager for sales lead requested by them.
- Sending RFQ to approve transporter, negotiations of freight and other term of delivery with transportation. Making freight cost comparison sheet for approval.
- Checking and processing for the payment of the freight bills, crane bills, 3 PL bill, utility bill
- Arranging vehicle for inbound and outbound logistics.
- Securely handling information into ERP system.
- Responsible for all communication to stakeholders; PM, Order handler, Workshop and Shipping related to dispatch of the material.
- Execute dispatches according to ALPS standard and participate in continuous improvements.
- Attending, preparation for internal, external audits, iso internal, external audit. Handling imprest a/c.
