What the Role Is

As the Warehouse Training and Development Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in building the foundation for operational excellence at our new 1.2-million-square-foot warehouse in Lockbourne, OH. In this dynamic start-up environment, you will create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), design impactful training programs, and help establish scalable processes. Your leadership will ensure that our warehouse team is equipped, informed, and inspired to deliver exceptional service to Babylist customers. This role reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay that is competitive and aligns with industry standards. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
