What the Role Is

Babylist is looking for a Warehouse Lead, Picking and Packing - Third Shift to play a key role in our third shift operations at our Lockbourne, Ohio warehouse. In this position, you’ll take the lead on the floor, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment while keeping workflows running smoothly. With the support of Shift Leadership, you’ll help drive productivity, reinforce best practices, and maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in an overnight work environment and enjoys the energy and unique challenges of third shift. This position is for THIRD SHIFT ONLY -  Monday through Thursday from 7:30pm to 6:00am

• Experienced Lead: You have 2+ years of experience as a Lead in a warehouse environment, specifically in picking and packing operations.
• Hands-On Operator: You’re comfortable working alongside the team while guiding daily workflows to keep operations moving efficiently.
• Process-Oriented: You know how to follow and enforce SOPs, ensuring consistency in operations and quality control.
• Problem Solver: You anticipate challenges and react quickly to keep fulfillment running smoothly.
• Strong Communicator: You work well with both frontline teams and leadership, keeping everyone aligned and informed.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead on the Floor: Oversee and guide picking and packing operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy, with support from Shift Leadership.
• Train & Develop: Support the onboarding and training of new hires, reinforcing best practices for performance and safety.
• Drive Productivity: Work alongside the team to meet and exceed daily fulfillment goals while maintaining high standards.
• Support Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and streamline workflows.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Help maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Communicate & Collaborate: Work closely with Shift Leadership to align on priorities, provide feedback, and drive success.
• Develop Leadership Skills: Take on new responsibilities over time, positioning yourself for growth within Babylist.

Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay that is competitive and aligns with industry standards.
The pay rate for this role is $26.50 per hour.
