What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:

  • Plan and execute daily Supply Chain processes to ensure timely material availability and avoid stock outs.
  • Maintain market demand fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and control pipeline inventories to meet requirements and develop Supply Chain Management SOPs.
  • Create and maintain product information, batch search strategies, inspection plans, and LIMS data.
  • Prepare supply chain reports and conduct supplier and production analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Report and communicate Supply Chain KPIs to stakeholders and support KPI fulfillment activities.
  • Develop and update a rolling yearly plan for MRP/MPS based on demand, capacity, inventory, and quality policies.
  • Manage document control, including change orders, billings, purchasing documentation, and contract administration.
  • Ensure adherence to plant safety and cGMP regulations, maintaining high standards with a right-first-time approach.
  • Contribute to project tasks, learn and apply team effectiveness skills, and make decisions within limited options under supervisor's direction.


Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • Bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Licensed pharmacist or pharmacist technician diploma
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Solid understanding of inventory management concepts
  • Familiarity with System Application and Products (SAP)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Previous experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
  • Certified in Six Sigma/Lean management
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Knowledge of domestic and international logistic and government regulations
  • Possesses a positive continuous improvement mindset
  • Demonstrated capability to work as a team member in a matrix environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
