JOB DETAILS
Pay range $18 - $21 per hour (based on experience)
Day Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Familiar with Warehouse and manufacturing environment operations in a Safe and efficient manner. Ensure receipt, storage, delivery and shipment of warehouse items (Steel coils) in an efficient, timely manner
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipping and/or receiving orders. Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems, Oracle R12 preferred
- Submit appropriate back up documentation to the finance department in a timely manner for internal processing
- Work with third party carriers to schedule delivery and shipment times to meet plant material needs
- Responsible for acknowledging receipt of delivered items through use of Oracle R12 ERP
- Retain warehouse inventory documents and forward to the procurement team for record keeping and accuracy
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of stored materials and perform periodical Cycle counts and Physical Inventories
- Assist with warehouse maintenance and upkeep, which may include the storage and retrieval of office furniture, equipment, supplies, official agency files, records and other items
- Follow standard and established CDR procurement procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of two (2) years recent, varied, and highly responsible shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations experience; including inventory management
- Operate sit-down forklifts, overhead cranes, squeeze clamps/forklifts
- Proficient in the use of computers and office equipment. Can be trained in the use of scanning applications, and operate MS365 tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist

This is a position with the potential overtime. The shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.
