Wafer Verification Process Engineer:
- Evaluates the characteristics of semiconductor optical device wafers and contributes to shipping products with guaranteed reliability to customers.
- Responsible for improving existing assembly machines (D/B, W/B), automatic characteristic testers, and sorting machines, and introducing new equipment to increase mass production capacity.
- Implements test yield improvement activities by analyzing wafer test data, and also improves production cycle time.
Responsibilities:
- Rationalization assembly and test steps for wafer verification process to enable high-volume production.
- Also specify and install highly efficient equipment.
- Implement measures to reduce machine time, increase yield, and improve operations.
- Design a lean manufacturing line.
Desired Background:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience or equivalent related technical field.
Expected Skill:
- Knowledge of Die Bonding / Wire Bonding / Optical Alignment Machines
- Knowledge of optical device performance evaluation and reliability
- Has relevant knowledge of semiconductor optical device manufacturing.
- Experience in semiconductor device production technology, manufacturing or development departments would be a plus.
- Actively and smoothly communicate with related departments.
- Ability to communicate by email and create documents in English.
