Position Overview:
As a global leader in digital intelligence solutions, we are seeking a seasoned VP Sales to join the ANZ sales team based in Australia. Reporting directly to the MD APAC, the VP Sales will be an integral part of the sales function and ANZ management team. This role is for an experienced VP Sales who will develop and grow new and existing sales opportunities and look at strategic market opportunities to help Cellebrite grow its business into the future. The aim is to increase our customer base and grow revenue accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- The VP Sales ANZ will research our markets to identify new strategic opportunities, customers, partners, and accounts.
- Plan, manage and execute the Cellebrite sales strategy in ANZ.
- Be an expert advisor and lead a sales team on account management methodology of complex governmental and multinational agencies in our vertical, thus bringing insights of political, economic, business, and other such events that can help to promote “New Business” across ANZ.
- Develop and nurture existing and new accounts in order to maintain strong relationships and have a good understanding of their current and future business needs and directions.
- Manage and lead a team of sales experts including technical sales to success.
- Selecting and managing channel partners across the ANZ region.
- Present at multi levels including end users and executive management to develop opportunities and engage in face-to-face meetings with key prospects, customers, and partners.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Cellebrite software and hardware products, training offerings, competitive products, customer vertical industry, and have in-depth understanding of customer goals.
- Ability to help customers make future solutions decisions based on product roadmaps.
- Submit accurate and detailed sales strategies and forecasts.
- Engage with sales operations, engineering, marketing, and senior management as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain detailed account plans for key customers, recommending new products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Exemplify professionalism at all times, and work to become a trusted advisor to customers and partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven successful enterprise Sales Director (Software industry, B2B and B2G) for minimum 10 years’ experience in achieving sales targets.
- Enterprises Sales experience and the ability to navigate complex customer organizations and deals.
- Forensic industry background - Strong Advantage.
- Experience in account management, deep knowledge of the customer, their business and priorities across the organizations at multiple points.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of the organization and with external contacts. Ability to create and deliver powerful and effective presentations.
- Detailed work ethic, managing all sales data and using this to support decision making.
- Experience Managing a sales diverse team (+remote team).
- Fluent in English.
- Self-directed/driven that excels in a fast growth, team-oriented environment.
- Exhibits appropriate professional behavior including leadership, sense of urgency, attention to detail, independent judgment, teamwork, ability to get along with others, creative thinking and personal integrity to contribute to a cohesive, productive regional team dedicated to the achievement of corporate goals.
