We are a fast-growing wealth tech company providing a comprehensive estate planning platform designed to revolutionize the wealth management industry. Our platform empowers advisors and their clients to secure legacies through streamlined digital solutions. As we continue to scale rapidly, we are seeking a strategic, data-driven VP of Sales Operations to optimize sales processes, enhance team performance, and provide strong leadership as we expand the Revenue Operations team to meet the demands of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:


  • System Management & Sales Efficiency

  • Lead the sales operations strategy to improve processes, drive efficiency, and maximize performance, ensuring scalability as the company grows.
  • Implement and manage sales technology tools (e.g., SalesForce, analytics platforms) to generate actionable insights into pipeline health, sales performance, and team productivity.
  • Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the tools and resources necessary to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Focus on targeting high-value clients through data-driven insights to maximize growth opportunities.

  • Pricing & Packaging Strategy

  • Develop and refine the pricing and packaging strategy, with a strong focus on partnership pricing for large-scale clients, such as wirehouses and financial institutions.
  • Work with product and finance teams to structure pricing models that cater to enterprise-level partnerships, leveraging market trends and data to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Continuously assess pricing strategies and adjust as needed to support the company’s growth objectives and maintain profitability.

  • KPIs Monitoring & Performance Management

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, ensuring the team meets and exceeds revenue targets.
  • Build real-time dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline progress, and team efficiency.
  • Use analytics to identify areas for improvement and work with sales leaders to implement data-driven solutions that boost conversion rates and optimize client engagement.

  • Territory Mapping & Resource Allocation

  • Lead the development of territory strategies to optimize resource allocation and ensure effective coverage of key markets and clients.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to refine territory assignments, maximizing both market penetration and team efficiency.
  • Utilize data to continuously refine the territory mapping process, ensuring that sales resources are aligned with business growth goals.

  • Leadership & Team Growth

  • Provide strong leadership as we expand the Revenue Operations team, guiding the department through a period of rapid growth and change.
  • Create and execute plans to scale the Revenue Operations function, ensuring the team can meet the needs of a growing organization and client base.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and product teams as we grow.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner with product, marketing, finance, and legal teams to support go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and contract negotiations, ensuring a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.
  • Drive sales enablement initiatives, ensuring that the sales team has the training, tools, and resources needed to engage with high-level clients and close deals effectively.
  • Support the integration of technology and tools that enhance the sales team’s performance and ability to manage complex client relationships.

  • Contractual & Legal Negotiations

  • Oversee and guide contract negotiations with large clients and partners, including key elements such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs), renewals, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to structure contracts that align with the company’s growth and profitability goals while minimizing risks.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, ideally in the financial services, technology, or wealth management sectors.
  • Proven experience in leading and scaling teams in a rapidly growing organization, with the ability to mentor and grow talent as the department expands.
  • Strong background in data-driven decision-making, with experience using analytics to improve sales performance and optimize client targeting.
  • Expertise in pricing and packaging strategies, particularly for enterprise-level clients and partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing KPIs and optimizing sales team performance through data analysis.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement territory mapping and resource allocation strategies to drive business growth.
  • Leadership experience with a proven track record of managing and scaling sales operations teams, especially during periods of organizational growth.
