We have an exciting new opportunity with Real Chemistry's Analytics & Insights Division and are looking for a motivated and savvy sales leader to expand our external-facing footprint in the Life Sciences industry. This leader will bring the value of our Data, Analytics and Consulting business directly to clients across analytics, market research and market access functions. The Vice President of Sales, Analytic Solutions in the Boston territory is a key member of our high-performance Growth Leadership team.
We’re turning the clinical promise of precision medicine into an analytical reality and taking a dynamic precision-based approach to analytics. Using ML/AI-driven intelligence, powered by real world data refreshed weekly in a 300+MM longitudinal patient database, we enable brands to uncover and activate the ideal patient and their HCPs at key intervals of the product lifecycle. Our clients are Life Sciences companies, and our expertise can accelerate the development and commercialization of life saving therapies for specialty and rare diseases, leading to optimal patient outcomes quicker and with less risk.
This is a hybrid role, based in our Boston office.
What you'll do:

Participate as a pivotal member of our high-performance Sales team, focusing on identifying potential customers who will benefit from our services.

Be both player and coach—researching leads, generating new relationships, conducting outbound campaigns, and setting up our Delivery teams for success once the deal closes.

Generate new leads using past relationships and establishing new ones.

Call on brands, analytics functions, and leadership teams at any level of a pharma organization.

Negotiate MSAs and SOWs.

Understand customer needs and present the right service solution.

What you should have:

8+ years’ experience managing a sales team calling directly on pharmaceutical brands/analytics/ commercial operations functions with a proven track record of success meeting and exceeding annual sales/revenue targets.

Experience in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical arenas.

Strong familiarity with pharmaceutical secondary data assets and advanced analytics solutions.

Own contacts and book of business in the greater Boston territory, with ability/desire to be responsible for own lead generation.

High level of comfort negotiating MSAs and SOWs, as well as managing invoicing logistics.

Expertise in developing senior-level, trust and performance-based relationships by identifying products/services and sell opportunities that best meet client’s needs.

Passion for selling and creating value for customers.

Experience utilizing Salesforce for maintenance of opportunities, lead and account updates.

Ability to travel extensively throughout the region.
Pay Range: $200,000.00-$230,000.00
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
