Your Role

• Product Marketing Leadership: Define and implement a product marketing strategy that aligns with company goals, drives product adoption, and accelerates customer acquisition and retention.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop go-to-market plans for new features and products, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
• Positioning & Messaging: Own and refine product positioning and messaging to clearly articulate the value of Thnks to target audiences.
• Customer Insights: Leverage market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Marketplace Stewardship: Oversee the Thnks Marketplace as a key component of the platform, ensuring it evolves to meet customer needs, enhances the user experience, and supports overall business growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align on product development priorities and ensure seamless launches.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to track the success of product marketing initiatives and ensure continual optimization.

What We’re Looking For

• • Extensive Experience: 10+ years in product marketing with a strong focus on digital marketplaces or ecommerce platforms.
  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Strategic Thinker: Expertise in B2B product positioning and messaging.
  • Marketplace Knowledge: Familiarity with integrating marketplace components into broader product strategies.
  • Collaborative Leader: Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
