We are looking for an exceptional HR leader!
As VP of HR at Honeycomb, you will drive HR strategies that align with business goals, overseeing all HR functions in Israel and the U.S. while working closely with global leadership. Reporting to the COO, you will shape policies, enhance talent management, and foster a strong company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s growth and business goals.
- Oversee all aspects of recruitment, from talent acquisition to onboarding, ensuring a top-tier candidate and employee experience.
- Foster a positive and high-performing work environment by leading employee engagement, professional development, and retention initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Lead compensation, benefits, and performance management strategies to ensure competitive and equitable practices.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a fair and inclusive workplace.
- Design and implement training and development programs that support career growth and continuous learning.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, embedding them into the company culture.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all Israeli employment laws and regulations.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a senior HR leader (VP or CHRO) in a high-growth tech company and a startup environment.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development - both in Israel and the US.
- Strategic mindset that can align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive measurable impact.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing HR teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in an Israeli-US company, managing cross-border HR challenges, and working with both Israeli and US Senior Leadership Team members and teams.
- Knowledge of Israeli and US labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies to support data-driven decision-making.
- BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MSc/MA/MBA is a must.
