Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Media expert with extensive experience in Google Marketing Platform (GMP) to lead our service delivery, drive innovation, and guide team development. You will be an expert in all things related to Media ad tech deployment and usage, from campaign setup to measurement to the activation of the data across all marketing channels (PPC, Display, Social, Affiliates etc). 

This role is critical in scaling our U.S. operations, fostering client relationships, and ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge in the market. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Reporting directly to the U.S. Head, this role will be a key part of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Relations: Serve as the primary liaison with Google, managing certifications, maintaining relationships, and exploring opportunities for collaboration.
  • Google Marketing Platform Expertise: Lead and drive comprehensive use of GMP. Demonstrate the value of these tools across various use cases to clients. Google certifications and experience within the Google ecosystem is required.
  • Lead GMP Service Delivery: Oversee the execution of GMP services, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets client expectations and drives measurable business results.
  • Delivery of martech and media deployment projects using media platforms, including Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads.
  • Building a Team: Attraction, recruitment and development of top talent to grow our capabilities in this space.
  • Team Training & Upskilling: Own the training and development of the team, focusing on continuous learning in GMP and other tools. Build a culture of growth and knowledge to ensure the team remains competitive and up to date.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term, trusted partnerships with clients by delivering tailored analytics solutions and acting as a strategic advisor for their marketing and analytics needs.
  • Strategic Execution & Innovation: Align GMP solutions with client business objectives. Lead the execution of strategies that drive adoption, innovation, and business growth. Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance service offerings.
  • Business Development: Support business development efforts for enterprise-level analytics consulting projects, with a focus on GA360 and GMP services.
  • Delivery Leadership: Act as the primary stakeholder for analytics and martech deployment projects, leading the design and delivery of comprehensive measurement plans that meet business and technical requirements. Supporting the technical solution design for data consulting projects (use case definition, architecture design, solution deployment, regulatory compliance).
  • Continuous Improvement & Expertise: Research and implement advancements in media, analytics and related technologies. Develop and deliver internal and external training sessions to ensure best practices and innovation are at the core of our service offerings.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, service delivery) to ensure seamless client experiences and alignment with broader business goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Google certifications and 8-10+ Years’ experience within the Google ecosystem is required. Experience working either within Google or a Google reseller highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end Media adtech implementation & deployment:
    • Media Campaign Setup & Activation
    • Reporting
    • Optimisation
    • Media tech troubleshooting and resolution
  • Experience of Adserver/ DMP/ CDP setup and implementation
  • Experience of implementation and usage of multi-touch attribution solutions
  • Knowledge and Experience across media platforms, including Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads
  • Knowledge and experience with website analytics platform such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Proven experience in leading teams, developing training programs, and fostering professional growth through structured learning initiatives.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate the value of GMP and analytics solutions.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: Strong passion for finding new solutions and advancing analytics capabilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the tech and digital landscape, with a focus on researching developments in the martech, adtech & analytics world.
