SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the next generation of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. We’re redefining industry standards with inclusive, disruptive, and highly sought-after collections that empower and celebrate the body. We are looking for a VP of ERP & Business Applications to lead the ongoing development, optimization, and execution of our business systems as we continue to scale rapidly across channels and geographies.

Position Overview

The VP of ERP & Business Applications will own the end-to-end technology strategy and operational execution of our ERP ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on NetSuite, Order Management Systems (OMS), and cross-functional business process optimization. This person will be a key stakeholder in company-wide initiatives, directly influencing how we scale our back-end operations and ensuring our technology enables—rather than limits—our growth.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

·      Act as the functional and technical owner of SKIMS’ ERP (NetSuite), Order Management, and core business applications

·      Define and lead a multi-year ERP roadmap, including strategic integrations and platform enhancements

·      Partner with executive leadership to present key system performance, project updates, and risks with clarity and transparency

·      Provide structured, executive-ready updates—communicating blockers early, with a solutions-first mindset

·      Establish standard documentation practices for cross-functional status updates and steering committee communication

·      Identify and implement short- and long-term solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, and compliance

Systems Architecture & Process Ownership

·      Oversee Order to Cash (O2C) processes and all GL-impacting transactions

·      Own architecture and optimization of Inventory and Virtual Location Management across a multi-warehouse, multi-entity network

·      Develop and enforce standards for system configuration, scripted transformations, and custom record management in NetSuite

·      Design and refine fulfillment logic including routing rules and shipping rule optimization to maximize cost-effectiveness and service level adherence

·      Ensure scalable support for Intercompany transactions, Transfer Pricing, and cross-border compliance

·      Support and enhance cost management practices including FIFO, Landed Cost (duties, freight), and COGS reconciliation

 Operational Execution

·      Maintain and improve procedures supporting Accounting Close, Tax, and Audit processes

·      Lead all technology-related support during monthly/quarterly closes to ensure timeliness and accuracy

·      Implement monitoring tools and feedback loops to drive continuous system optimization

·      Partner with Logistics and Operations teams to scale warehouse processes and OMS fulfillment logic

·      Build and maintain data and control integrity between OMS and ERP, ensuring completeness across transactional flows

Team & Project Leadership

·      Manage a multi-disciplinary team across ERP Engineering, Product Management, and Reporting & Analysis

·      Set clear performance expectations, hold team members accountable, and recognize top performers

·      Guide team leads in evaluating performance gaps—managing up when appropriate, and managing out when necessary

·      Provide consistent feedback and mentorship to cultivate high performers and emerging leaders

·      Deliver comprehensive project documentation including roadmaps, timelines, and executive summaries

·      Foster a culture of transparency, ownership, and proactive issue resolution

Experience & Qualifications

·      10+ years in ERP and business systems leadership, preferably in Apparel, Retail, or CPG

·      7+ years hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, with deep expertise in:

   - Custom Records, Scripted Transformations, and GL-impacting transaction flows

   - Inventory and Virtual Location Management

   - Multi-entity support including inter-company and Transfer Pricing

   - Cost Management (FIFO, Landed Cost, Duties & Freight)

·      Proven success driving ERP support during Accounting Close and Audit cycles

·      Extensive experience managing OMS platforms; preference for Teamwork Commerce, but experience with others (e.g., Salesforce, Manhattan) considered transferable

·      Strong fulfillment and routing optimization knowledge across multi-warehouse operations

·      7+ years managing cross-functional teams in engineering, product, or systems implementation

·      Demonstrated excellence in people management—especially expectation setting, performance accountability, and team development

·      Skilled at presenting risk, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership with a calm, direct, and solutions-oriented approach

·      Ability to produce clear, actionable reporting and documentation for cross-functional visibility

What Success Looks Like

·      Reduced ERP-related reconciliation cycles and improved close timelines

·      Optimized routing, fulfillment, and shipping logic across warehouses

·      Streamlined inter-company processes and improved tax/audit readiness

·      High-performing team with clear ownership and consistent, high-quality execution

·      Proactive executive communications that surface risks and highlight wins
