Reporting directly to our CTO, your main mission is to develop the best cloud Warehouse Execution Software (WES) in the world.

The WES manage main logistics features:

• Driving inbound operations : from goods reception to storage.
• Managing picking operations: gathering all necessary inventory to fulfill orders.
• Directing outbound operations: from packing to buffering and shipping.

Your Challenges to achieve 

• Develop and maintain a clear technological vision aligned with the company's goal
• Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure technical solutions meet customer needs
• Create an infrastructure sustaining both on premise software assets (in customer’s Warehouse) and Cloud software assets
• Ensure best in class cyber security level
• Adopt Cloud Software best practices and improve the quality of our cloud-based software products and services
• Manage a perfect Delivery on Time
• Maintain technological leadership in a constantly evolving environment
• Make the best sofwtare Team by Recruiting and retaining high-level talent in a competitive market. And raise the bar on expertise and practices within the team to build and maintain the best engineering team
• Integrate relevant innovations and analyze technological trends

Your Perimeter

In your perimeter, each team has a clear mission to drive:

• Logictics business team : ensure efficient implementation of our roadmap
• User app team : ensure implementation of applications necessary to our customers and integrators to run their operations
• Data team : collect and bring business value to Warehouse execution data
• Infrastructure team : create a robust infrastructure linking on premise and Cloud Softwrae assets, ensuring seamless integration, deployment and run
• Devops team : create an efficient development environment
• QA team : ensure a strong test coverage of all our features

Technical environment : AWS, Java (Spring), VueJS, Python, Ansible, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Gitlab

In your mission you will work closely with the Robotics Chief Architect to have a coherent overall solution.

• At least 15 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in cloud-based systems
• Extensive experience with software development and integration
• Proven track record in developing and managing cloud-based software platforms
• Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role, managing cross-functional technical teams
• Experience in leading large-scale projects from conception to completion 
• Experience managing a team of over 100 people
• Excellent communication , English & French, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
