Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the onboarding of new customers, training on product, and continuing supporting the customer 
  • Provide insights to customers to ensure they are getting the most out of the product
  • Analyze customer metrics and build plans to proactively deal with at-risk customers
  • Maintain the cadence of communicating with customers about adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement
  • Lead a team to drive improved product usage and campaign management
  • Driving and developing new initiatives and other key programs and initiatives as required to evolve our Customer Success strategy
  • Compiling data and preparing reports for business reviews.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of communication campaigns.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
  • Prepare reports and presentations based on findings to inform strategic decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, in the SaaS or technology industry
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the automotive sector (auto retail, auto servicing OEMs, fleet management companies, trucking companies).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to travel frequently for face-to-face customer visits.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
