About the Job
The Customer Success organization is looking for a VP, Client Partner to help drive client product adoption, while providing consultative services that help clients achieve their marketing business goals and objectives. The VP, Client Partner is a key player in ensuring that the client hits their key business objectives associated with the Measured platform. This role will partner with the Customer Success team to ensure the product becomes instrumental in the client’s business. The VP, Client Partner is responsible for being a true product expert, trusted advisor and marketing analytics expert.
The impact you’ll have

Lead client capability assessments to understand clients current capabilities, priorities and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with Customer Success to create product adoption roadmaps/plans to meet client’s specific needs and improve their capabilities.

Work closely with clients to conduct specific trainings associated with designing sophisticated marketing experiments.

Consult with clients on their specific use-cases providing education on how to utilize the product to meet that use-case.

Educate clients on how to conduct in-market experiments and utilize the findings to apply data-driven decisions.

Leverage product usage data and other key client metrics to understand if client is successfully adopting the product.

Be an internal and external product expert while constantly understanding the latest capabilities in marketing and attribution.

Contribute to thought-leadership case studies, product use-cases and 1:many client trainings.

Gather client feedback in real-time and provide it to Product to further enhance features.

Partner with Product Managers to provide an area of expertise regarding capabilities.

5+ years of experience in the marketing attribution space.

Agency, marketing or marketing analytics experience.

Ad technology and digital media competitive marketplace expert.
