About the Role:

As part of our growth, we’re looking for a senior-level executive with extensive digital experience who can leverage their expertise and strong Midwest agency and client relationships to rapidly accelerate Tubi’s growth within the territory. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments where critical thinking, strong collaboration, and fun, positive energy rule the day.  

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage key relationships with existing and prospective agencies, as well as clients
  • Create and execute consultative sales strategies to demonstrate how Tubi’s advertising solutions—primarily in CTV—can enhance a client’s visibility, build consumer connections, and drive measurable results
  • Lead full-funnel campaign development autonomously, helping brands drive awareness, consideration, and conversion through tailored media strategies
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable ROI for partners
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, and communicate those in ways that benefit the industry, Tubi, specifically, or the company
  • Mentor new and existing team members as we look to maintain world-class talent at every level of the organization
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance competitive advantage

Your Background:

  • 12+ years of experience in digital media sales. A strong knowledge of the CTV space, and the competitive landscape is preferred
  • Proven success in building and growing partnerships with national clients and agencies, especially those located in the Chicago market and throughout the Midwest
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate digital media strategies into actionable business solutions
  • Proven track record of building strategic functional roadmaps
  • Cultural leader and excellent cross-functional leader with ability to influence at the executive level
  • Passion for the evolving CTV media landscape and how brands can leverage real-time engagement
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent experience

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for a sales incentive compensation plan, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. 

California, New York City and Westchester County, NY Compensation

Base ($216,500 to $309,300 / year) + Sales Incentive Compensation Plan + Benefits
